Yuba River Rock Ring

If you’re interested in a discussing your idea for a custom order, please read the following before inquiring.

  • There is a $250 minimum on all custom projects. This is just a minimum. If you're looking for something that requires a lot of metal, detailed work, custom-cut/expensive stones or fine metal like gold, the price will likely be significantly more. Custom orders cost more than other pieces because simply put, they take more time and energy to plan & produce.

  • When sending your inquiry about your idea for a custom piece, please try to include some kind of visual reference, if at all possible. Screenshots of my past work can be very helpful to get me going in the right direction.

  • I will not copy another artist's work, so please don't ask. Drawing inspiration from someone else's work can be different, but it is often a very fine line, so please be extra conscious of this when thinking about your idea for a custom project.

  • If you're interested in a custom ring, please include your ring size with your initial inquiry. You can get your finger sized at any jeweler's shop, or you can order a reusable sizer for $4 on the shop page of this site. The old tie-a-string-around-your-finger method does not work. I found that one out the hard way.

  • If you'd like a hidden word, short phrase, numbers, set of symbols etc. stamped inside or on the back of your piece, please include this with your initial inquiry.

  • If your idea includes the use of your own stone or other materials, know that there is always a risk factor. Although the last thing that I want is to damage your stone, the fact is that occasionally stones do crack or break during the cutting and setting processes, and I don’t have insurance to cover that. So if you’re going to ask me to work with your own materials, please understand the risks involved before you do so.

  • Once we’ve had an initial exchange regarding your idea, you’ll be asked to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit to hold your slot. This will be applied toward the final cost of your piece.

  • Now that you’ve read all of the above, don’t be afraid to ask questions! I love the process of creating custom pieces and I want you to make your adornment dreams come true.
